INGREDIENTS
- 2 head broccoli, separated into florets
- 2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
DIRECTIONS
- Heat the oven to 400°F (200 C)
- In a large bowl, toss broccoli with extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, and garlic. Spread out broccoli in an even layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until the broccoli stems are tender when pierced with a fork. Transfer to a serving platter and sprinkle with lemon juice before serving.
