How early should I arrive before my first class?

First-timers are encouraged to arrive 30-15 minutes prior to class time.

I haven't worked out in a while. Are classes going to be ok for me?

Level Red is for everyBODY! Each class is set up for you to go at your own pace.

Should I bring anything?

A workout towel and water are recommended.

What if I don't have boxing gloves?

Don’t worry. We’ll have gloves ready for you at your first visit.

Will there be a trainer to help me out?

Absolutely! Your MOTIVATORS will be with you every step of the way.

What should I wear?

Wear athletic gear that helps you feel comfortable and confident.

Can I bring a friend?

Totally encouraged! Working out with a friend is a great way to enjoy your first class!
