POWER WORKOUTS

Hard-hitting and strength focused

Knee buckling, but not crippling.

Built on lower-body movements for below the belt power and endurance. Hit quads, glutes, hams, and calves paired with power style boxing combos.

A term reserved for the heaviest of hitters.

Full-body ascending and descending sets paired with short, hard-hitting bag combos – guaranteed to leave no muscle behind.

STAMINA WORKOUTS

Heart-pumping movement. Let’s get fast!

No ropes and no rules. 

Resistance-loaded cardio, and intense boxing bouts.  Bare Knuckle will motivate you to produce maximum output and grit through challenging targets.

This mid week endorphin buzz puts the runner’s high to shame.

Built on a foundation of long EMOMs and big boxing grinds, this workout quickly turns up in tempo as intervals reduce into maximized bursts of intensity.

FUSION WORKOUTS
