A great way to keep yourself motivated is by training and running races. Many normal, in person races, have been cancelled this season. However, many of those same races have become virtual! They’ll send you a bib and t-shirt, just like a normal race day! The only difference is that you run it at your own pace and submit your time online, so you receive a medal. They are easy to find and affordable!

Another great option are workout apps. They can be set up to send you daily notifications of a quick workout move to accomplish in the moment. It helps keep you moving and gives your body the care and attention it needs to stay healthy. They are also customizable to weigh-loss goals and times/weightlifting goals. Many also count calories and work as a virtual fitness diary for your convenience.

Another phenomenal way to keep healthy are thousands of workouts and exercise classes available to us at your fingertips! Local gyms have been helping keep their members entertained and healthy during the pandemic by creating challenges and follow-along workouts.
