Protein balls are a great snacking option because you can pre-make them and keep them in the fridge for up to a week, so they are a great on-the-go snack! Not to mention they also are good for you! Protein is so important for our bodies; this macro-nutrient helps build and maintain healthy muscles. Protein also makes you feel fuller for longer which is why a protein ball is the perfect option! No-Bake Nut Butter Low-Carb Protein Balls


INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup Perfect Keto Nut Butter

3 scoops Perfect Keto Chocolate Whey Protein

3 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS

Add nut butter and whey into a small bowl. Mix well until smooth.

Fold in chocolate chips.

Place in the freezer for 15-20 minutes until slightly firm.

Divide and portion dough into small balls. Shape with hands and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Place into the fridge to set.
