My Name is Samuel Timothy Skraba. I was born and raised by my parents Jane and Tim Skraba. We lived on a farm in the village of Ridgway Pennsylvania. I grew up with three sisters and one brother so there was always a lot going on in the house. From 5 years old until I graduated high school, I played baseball, football and wrestling. After high school I went to Clarion University where I played baseball for the Golden Eagles and graduated in four years sending me on this awesome journey to good ole Erie Pa. I love living in Erie. I Enjoy working a lot and working out a lot. I am a huge morning person and enjoy being in nature. I'm very competitive so I'll try just about any activity. One of my life goals is to be a USA Olympian. I have no idea how old I'll be or what event it will be, but I know one day it'll come to me.
After College I knew I wasn't going to be able to stay away from sports, so I jumped right into the fitness industry starting in Erie. This involved selling memberships, studying for certifications and building a clientele. Fast forward three years and bam... Level Red Fitness is born. Fast forward another two years later and boom... we just celebrated our two-year anniversary. I don't know if you were there or not, but it was insane.
Level Red Boxing is the gym of celebrations. It's literally a party in there every day which is why I think it's cool I get to spend every day there. LRB is this high paced strength cardio workout that has you oddly wanting more even when you're done. You can go at it alone or you can workout side by side with friends and move even more. I always preach to train like an athlete and you'll always be in shape - LRB is the one place that can get you into that shape. My Favorite part about Level Red is the confidence it builds in people. A little confidence can get you a long way in life and I get to help people build that.
