Great job! Your goals are just within reach! Don’t lose steam now, you’re almost there! To help keep yourself motivated, try rewarding yourself for all your hard work! It doesn’t have to be big, and it doesn’t have to be elaborate. Everyone has their own way or “tradition” of motivating themselves.
Here are a few ideas:
Buy a new piece of clothing to show off those toned muscles! Look good and feel good about your success.
Get that scoop of ice cream. You’ve earned a little indulging. Just don’t overdo it!
Add a new full body shot to your weight loss journey collage and revel in how far you’ve come.
Spa day! Go get a deep tissue massage – those muscles have been put to work lately.
Go out on the town with your new gym friends! If you’re working out at Level Red Boxing, you’ve must have made a ton of new friends by now!
6) Splurge on that new fitness watch. You know you’ll use it, and you’ve been eyeing it for months now.
It doesn’t matter what you do to reward yourself, just be sure to remember that you’re doing this for YOU and no one else. Everyone needs a little reminder and pick-me-up to keep motivated.
